15+ years of crafting environments and experiences for leaders, creative types and business folk to be their best led me (I’m Bec, founder of PathHunting and that’s me below) to the awareness that lasting satisfaction in life and work comes from the inside. My own frustrations with negative thinking and self-sabotage and those of some of my most talented and charming clients and friends left me perplexed. I grew tired of designing learning programs that inexplicably resonated for some people and not others. One day it struck me that everyone comes from a highly personalised understanding of themselves and how life works, and for each of us that understanding looks like the truth.

I wanted to find out what sat beneath the myriad of beliefs, opinions and perspectives that quietly ran people’s lives. Was there some great truth about life and being human we were all missing?
Turns out yes, and that’s why PathHunting is now devoted to this understanding.
