Recently

The challenges of the past few years have been a catalyst for innovation in our world and we’re excited to be involved in new projects emerging in the blended and eLearning space:

  • We’re were excited to partner with our newest client Temple & Webster on a series of digital learning experiences for their customer care consultants and team leaders.

  • For Belgravia Leisure we designed and developed Guest First, an innovative guest experience program to complement the induction module we designed previously for 5000+ team members across 6+ brands, both created in Articulate Rise for the Belgravia LMS.

  • Our Myer Retail Development Program for emerging leaders pivoted to blended delivery and rolled out nationally.

  • Our commitment to diversity, inclusion and mental wellbeing grew with the launch of a Mental Health Awareness eLearning course (MHELP) for the Belgravia Foundation specific to the sport and leisure sector. We partnered with our friends at Happy Lion films on the video elements and are pleased to say MHeLP has already been extremely well received, anticipating 50,000+ enrolments.

  • For the ARA and Business Victoria we designed, developed and project managed the Retail on the Run series of 6 x 3 hour online workshops and 6 x 1 hour on demand webinars to support Victorian retailers in navigating the challenges of Covid related impacts to business. The series touched on all facets of retail from operations to marketing, customer experience to VM and the mental wellbeing of teams.

Spotlight on retail

  • Partnering with Myer and the ARA to launch the Myer Retail Development Program for emerging leaders in Victoria and NSW. Our role comprised client contexting, resource development and project management with Bec undertaking the workshop facilitation. Myer’s first foray into leadership development at the retail level for some time and such a success it rolled out nationally.

  • Facilitating the annual PMP training for Richemont.

  • Custom design and deliver a national leadership masterclass on feedback for Belgravia Leisure, rolled out to over 200 leaders across Belgravia businesses.

  • Returning to Fantastic Furniture for another ACE Leadership 3 month program and created a digital version of the program in Articulate Rise.

  • The launch and rollout of two accredited training projects for emerging and evolving leaders for the ARA with talent from HairHouse.

  • A series of member centric workshops for The ASU (Australian Services Union) leadership and member teams.

Spotlight on luxury

We are proud to support the talent development of luxury retail in Australia with activations such as:

  • Partnering in the facilitation of an innovative experiential leadership offsite for Cartier emerging leaders and partnering with Richemont in the local facilitation of global leadership priorities around performance management.

  • Bec returning to her past employer Louis Vuitton to contextualise and facilitate a 2 day leadership program for emerging leaders, one she had originally implemented in the business during her tenure there as Oceania Training Manager.

  • Engaged by the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) Bec conducted extensive internal interviews with the Chanel executive team in Sydney to contextualise content for a Certificate IV in Retail Management currently being rolled out in Melbourne and Sydney.

Spotlight on instructional design

We were approached by long time client the Australian Retailers Association to project manage and undertake the instructional design of a new accredited diploma qualification. The Diploma of Retail Merchandise Management was developed in response to market demand and later approved under the AQTF (Australian Quality Training Framework) as an accredited program.

The qualification comprises 10 units at diploma level and our role entailed supporting subject matter experts in the development of content, instructional design to translate SME content into effective learning materials such as learner guides, facilitator slide decks and assessments, and project management to ensure ARA timelines and quality guidelines were met.
The Dip RMM has been extremely successful for the ARA with multiple open programs running in Vic and NSW and internal programs running for retailers such as David Jones.

Spotlight on blended learning

A year long project with the L&D team at Fantastic Furniture led by Samantha Mueller to develop 100+ of their emerging leaders across Australia. The brief was to create a dynamic, inspiring blended learning program based around positive leadership in alignment with the new Fantastic Leadership Model.

It comprised:

  • Train the Trainer workshop: for Area Leaders co-delivering the program

  • Prework on building a personal brand and exploring strengths with Gallup Strengthsfinder

  • 2 day immersive workshop delivered in 8 sessions across Australia:

    • covering 10 areas of focus aligned to Effective Communication and Creating Impact as a leader

  • 3 online modules with back to business projects:

    • on entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, personal effectiveness
