George & Linda Pransky
The three principles understanding into the nature of mind, thought and consciousness was first discovered by a Scottish Canadian called Sydney Banks. He shared what he learned with several psychologists in the 1970s and beyond, among the earliest were George & Linda Pransky who later formed Pransky & Associates.
George & Linda were my first introduction to the principles almost 10 years ago and since then I’ve enjoyed them (albeit from afar because they’re based in Washington state) as much as their programs.
They have been at the forefront of 3P practitioner training globally for decades and share in a fun, accessible way.
A great place to begin is their blog and this specific article that illustrates the inside out paradigm.
