The Diploma of Retail Merchandise Management was developed in response to market demand and later approved under the AQTF (Australian Quality Training Framework) as an accredited program. The qualification comprises 10 units at diploma level and our role entailed supporting subject matter experts in the development of content, instructional design to translate SME content into effective learning materials such as learner guides, facilitator slide decks and assessments, and project management to ensure ARA timelines and quality guidelines were met.
